Two Membership Fee Programs Pine Run offers two basic membership programs, designed to work with a variety of financial circumstances. Pine Run is a fee-for-service community where you pay only for healthcare services that you actually use. It is well-suited for those who wish to self-insure or who have long-term care insurance. The refundable portion of the Entry Fee Program can also act as a long-term care savings fund if required. Understanding that individual circumstances may require a different approach, Pine Run will consider alternative resident agreement solutions as required. Listed fees are effective July 1, 2011 and are subject to change. |

Cottages The one-time non-refundable Community fee is due prior to occupancy. Entry fee: Two bedroom • $40,000 Service and Amenity Inclusive Monthly Fee: The Chalfont One person • $2,810 The Buckingham One person • $3,398 The Solebury One person • $3,980 *Monthly premiums apply to selected cottages. Included services and amenities: • New kitchens Admission Requirements: New Villagers must be at least 65 years of age, ambulatory, mentally alert and capable of living independently at the time of entry. Waiting List: A $1,000 refundable deposit plus a $500 per person application fee. |
