Programs & Support Groups

At Pine Run Retirement Community, we know that having the right support in place can make all the difference. That’s why we are proud to offer a variety of programs and support groups to our residents and their families.

Our Alzheimer’s Support Group meets at Pine Run Lakeview and is designed to facilitate connections among family members who are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia.

The Bereavement Support Group provides information, advice, understanding from peers, and emotional support for those going through the loss of a loved one.

Caregiving can feel isolating, but you are not alone. The Caregiver Support Group helps provide caregivers with valuable caregiving tips and helpful resources. Caregiver groups can be so helpful because they are filled with people in similar situations to your own.

Joining a meditation support group is physically good for you, as it allows you to be inspired to connect with others with a common goal to be more relaxed. While many people choose to meditate by themselves, Pine Run’s Meditation Support Group allows you to find peace while connecting with others.

The Pine Run Newcomers Group is open to new Villagers who have joined the Pine Run Retirement Community within the past two years. This group offers a friendly atmosphere for those seeking to learn about our local community, meet new people and get involved.
