Nursing Home Administrator, Sandra Stiles

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (June, 2020) – Pine Run Retirement Community, one of Bucks County’s leading senior living and senior care providers, is pleased to announce that Sandra Stiles has joined the team as nursing home administrator.

“It is a pleasure to formally announce Sandy’s arrival at Pine Run,” said Maria Santangelo, Executive Director of Pine Run Retirement Community. “During these challenging times, her experience and commitment have been vital to ensuring that Pine Run Health Center continues to deliver the exceptional health care services that our patients and their families expect.”

Stiles brings more than two decades of experience in business and healthcare management to Pine Run Health Center. She has worked in a variety of Montgomery County continuing care retirement communities and nursing homes. With a background in finance and operations, Stiles brings a holistic approach to her role as administrator and a deep understanding of the positive impact she and her team have on the lives of Villagers, residents, and their families.

As Pine Run’s nursing home administrator, Stiles ensures high quality care and plays an important part in meeting or exceeding all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including maintaining Pine Run’s consistent 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Her responsibilities include resident care, staffing, life enrichment, social services, admissions, and operations.

“I’m excited to be a part of the Pine Run team, getting to know the residents and their families. I embrace the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our Health Center residents,” said Stiles. “I look forward to working with the passionate, creative and dedicated team here to continue to build upon the excellent reputation and ratings that Pine Run is known for as we care for our community.”

Stiles earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Albright College and an associate degree in business administration from Ursinus College. She serves as an adjunct instructor at Penn State University for the nursing home administrator course. Stiles also is a member of several professional organizations, including Healthcare Financial Management Association, Leading Age, National Association of Long-Term Care Administrators and Pennsylvania Health Care Association.

As part of the Doylestown Health network, Pine Run Retirement Community consistently has been named The Intelligencer’s Best Retirement Community, Best Adult Care/Senior Care, Best Memory Care, Best Nursing Rehab, and Best Personal Care. To learn more about careers at Pine Run, visit pinerun.org.
